My password isn't working. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble signing in to BookBub, we’d first recommend confirming that cookies are enabled in your web browser. 

If cookies are enabled and you’re still having trouble signing in, we’d suggest resetting your password and trying again. You can reset your password here: Create a New Password.

After submitting your email address at our website, you should receive a new email from BookBub with the subject "Create a New Password." You can then follow the "Create a new password" link from that email to complete the process.

Note: Please be sure to click the "Create a new password" link in the most recent email from BookBub.

If you don’t receive a password reset email from BookBub, we’d suggest checking your spam folder. If the email doesn’t arrive within 24 hours, or you have any more trouble creating a new password, please let us know and we can look into the problem for you.
